Grrr!

This blog keeps freezing while I load it! (talk about frustrating!) I had problems with it yesterday too...I just finished writing a page and it wouldn't save so back to square one!

Yesterday I was able to get caught up on projects which felt good. All that and taking time out to take Spencer to the drs and try and run errands.

I finished up some puzzle pieces for people which I was very happy to get them done.

And my favorite Jan's mega size Puzzle. I have some new tambourines ( http://www.outsidethemargins.com/new.html )I'm selling to alter and I used one of them to make an art doll out of. I cut the center out and inserted a clock into it and used alcohol inks on it along with lots of fibers. I also used one of my optical lens turned upside down for the head. Its going to be hard to send this puzzle piece off I just love it!

Monday Monday!

No blue Monday here today :-) The sun keeps slipping in and out and it's grown windy feels like a storm coming in. After vegging yesterday (I'm trying to be better about not working on Sundays) I had lots to get done today and both boys are home this week on spring break, so I put them to work helping me. I also had a wholesale order that needed packaging. It was nice not having to drive the boys in the morning what a vacation for me Yay! After helping me the boys worked on homework and then we took a break and watched "Weekend at Bernies" the boys had never watched it before , it's always a good for a few laughs :-)

I'm working on a new Slide Collage sheet and almost have that finished and will post it as soon as it comes back from the printers :-)

Not our typical easter day its been a very low key day with Spencer still not feeling good and Hubby not feeling good either. We haven't done a whole lot which is a nice change. I needed a veg day. Periodically I work on some small projects especially finishing up on some more puzzle pieces I have going but other then that nada!

I'm still getting the hang of this Blog business, first I need to remember that its here for one thing LOL secondly, I need to remember how to operate it. Lately my mind is so full that if I don't do things enough times I can forget remembering LOL sad but true!

Kids and hubby were home yesterday which really through a wrench in my schedule. I thought I'd have today off but I had more work today. I Still haven't gotten any art time in really. I did finish up one puzzle piece for a medieval theme (http://www.outsidethemargins.com/puzzleart.html). I have several other puzzles that I need to get working on AND get some sent out. Not to mention my many other projects I have going! ahh well at least there's never a dull moment or should I saw idle moment LOL

My kid that never gets sick, Spencer wasnt' feeling well yesterday and today he's got a fever! I'm keeping an eye on it and will take him in if it gets any worse. Hubby's not feeling well either sure hope they don't pass their cooties on to the rest of us Uhg!

I'm off to try and do some art! :-)

Welcome to my Blog

I've contemplated having a blog for awhile. Also contemplated why so many feel the need to have one and read them and I've come to the conclusion that there must be a little voyeurism in us all *chuckling* With that said welcome to my musings.

Busy day today still playing catch up after having some dental work done this week and I'm in dire need of some art time but business before pleasure for now.

I just realized today that Sunday is Easter! Boy have I been out of the loop or what! LOL
