Winter Trees

Another Digital piece I did using the above picture (this is another picture my niece took on the campus of Notre Dame). Click HERE to download your own copy.

Winter Trees
Winter trees...
A blotter of inky branches against the sky.
A hazy blueprint of winged creatures in the night.
Memories growing, ring by ring.
They seed and stretch so effortlessly.
Winter trees...

Soups on!

Life's a Bowl of Soup
I was inspired by last week's Inspire Me Thursday's prompt "Soup". I used a combination of mediums--watercolors, paper ephemera, pen and ink, and a little digital mojo to finish it off.

Digi Page

Here's a digi piece I made with my niece in mind whose deep in the throws of winter in Indiana. Being a California Grl she's still enamoured with the snow but is looking forward to summer. The winter pictures in the background are pictures she took at Notre Dame where she's attending college. You can download a freebie HERE.

Digi Art and Autumn

Good Morning! What a glorious fall weekend! Our weather was just right! I'm trying to enjoy every bit of it before it's gone and the cold sets in. Our fall has finally started turning here and some of the trees are just gorgeously full of color!

I created a couple of Digi pieces yesterday using PSP.

Digital Delight

For some reason the cooler fall weather makes me want to do more digital art and it's been far too long since I've done any digital pieces so it's felt good to work on my skills again.
