Christmas Tags

Finished up a couple more Christmas shipping tags.
(Click HERE to view my other tags)
I used regular shipping tags and embossed a
snowflakes background onto them with my
Sizzix BigShot.  I then painted them with
white gesso and once that was dry I spritzed
them with Purple Haze and Azurite Blue

Tag Art

Its been a long while since I did any drawing and
I didn't realize just how much I've missed it.  Today
a friend of mine inspired me with her art, and I did some
tag art.  I started out with plain manila shipping tags and
then used OTM's Color Mists for the backgrounds.
Once They were dry I used paint pens and an
extra fine black sharpie.

I'm looking forward to doing some more!

Step 6: While the faux snow is still wet sprinkle it with your *chunky glitter mixture over a bowl, and shake off any excess. *I made my own glitter mixture by mixing several different sizes of glitter along with fine crystal seed beads together

Step 7: Once the colored 3D Crystal Lacquer is dry apply a dot at the top for your colored rhinestone and then apply 1 to 2 more coats of 3D Crystal Lacquer* over the entire tree and allow to dry in a level dust free area. *This will give the tree a more smooth glass look
