Delectable Bundt Cake

Double Fudge Chocolate Mint Chip Cake
I made a delectable double fudge bundt cake and substitute the water for creamy coconut milk. I also added chocolate chips to the cake before I baked it. For the frosting I used regular vanilla frosting and added food coloring and mint flavoring and then sprinkled on chocolate chips. Boy was it rich and yummy!
Although this wasn't a recipe I was following, I was inspired to make it because I'm hooked on watching Semi-Homemade with Sandra Lee on the Food Network Channel.
