It's a little early yet for Easter but I wanted to experiment a bit before Easter arrived. A few years ago my friend Karen Owen colored some Easter eggs using my Color Mists and they turned out great (click HERE to view Karens). Here's my version....I found that if I dipped them in white vinegar first that helped the Color Mists to stick better and I also used my heat gun to dry it on and layered the colors little by little. I also found that setting them in a bowl on a paper towel worked best.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful eggs....are they real eggs? If so, I must assume the Color Mists are safe to use. I do love spraying them on paper but the egg idea is lovely! Thanks for the idea!
