Here's a simple background technique using a Trader Joe's newsletter flier as my base. Click HERE to view the tutorial. I love using printed fliers for backgrounds and then tearing them and using just pieces in my art.

PS I know I need to get to your store, but I have been really busy since my drawing classes started and haven't had time to go shopping in the best internet craft store there is...but I will try to make some time this week end and come to see you there.
